Deportation Appeals issue? We can help.
Our Immigration Solicitors will help you regarding all types of UK nationality applications and appeals. Our Immigration Solicitors are available over a phone call, email, or in-person, whatever suits you.
If you or your close family member has got an Intended Deportation notification then you can file an appeal against this. The application is submitted to FTT (First-Tier Tribunal), at which an Immigration Judge reviews the case and determines whether the deportation is legal or not. A deportation order can’t be issued if an individual’s departure would be in violation of the United Kingdom’s obligations under the Human Rights Convention or the Refugee Convention, as per the Immigration Rules. The law of deportation is complicated, so it must be handled by UK Human Rights experts. Our team at SI Solicitors has extensive experience in all phases of deportation.
How our Immigration Law Solicitors can help?
With the wealth of knowledge and experience, we take ourselves in having one of the greatest teams of professional immigration lawyers in the United Kingdom. A person may be given leave to remain for tenure 30 months if his challenge against the departure notice succeeded on the basis that deportation would be in violation of the United Kingdom’s obligations under Article 8 of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). The State Secretary may grant such leave on the criteria that he/she deems suitable. An individual may be awarded a further 30-month extension of stay if he/she files an extension leave before the expiration of such leave.
