Solicitors’ Inn Ltd offers both fixed fee and hourly rate fees. The exact agreement to be reached will be agreed upon between the firm and the client varying the evaluation of each client’s case, the work involved and the time and resources required to achieve the client’s legal requirements.
Solicitors’ Inn offers fixed fees for services in relation to non-complex immigration applications, immigration appeals, residential conveyancing and non-contentious probate and estate administration legal services. The prices include dealing with each matter from start to finish, including making any applications and making representations up until a final decision is received from the Home Office.
Please note that there is a separate charge for matters relating to appeals to the First-tier Tribunal or Upper-tier Tribunal or High Court/Court of Appeal/UK Supreme Court. Immigration and Immigration Appeal fees are not inclusive of disbursements; Taxes e.g. VAT counsel fees, court fees and any costs belonging to any third party. Residential conveyancing fees are exclusive of disbursements. Please see below our professional fees.
